PHILIPPINES – Last October 10, 2025, I had the chance to visit the first leg of Vista Land Lifescapes Expo 2025 at Vista Mall Taguig. Believe it or not, this was actually my first time stepping inside a Vista Land Mall and honestly, it felt like walking straight into a blueprint of my dream life or maybe yours too!
To be honest, medyo naligaw pa ako (I even got a bit lost) since I wasn’t familiar with the place, but no worries because that only added to the adventure.
The Heart Behind the Expo
Launched by Villar Group Chairman Manny B. Villar, this event showcased how homes can evolve into true “lifescapes” – vibrant communities blending Pinoy heart with modern flair. Talagang sumasabay sa uso (truly keeping up with trends) in home design and interior aesthetics.
Before exploring the booths that time, I got to meet Mr. Ralph, who invited me to the event. Ang dami naming kwentohan (we had so many stories to share) from life and career to the legacy of Vista Land and its exciting upcoming projects and events.
For me the Vista Land Lifescapes Expo 2025 wasn’t just your typical real estate fair. It was a nationwide showcase of innovative residential developments, industry insights, and real-talk opportunities, that making homeownership feel less like a distant goal and more like your next exciting chapter.
Here are some the highlights or my take away from this expo event.
Grand Launch Vibes in Taguig
The first leg kicked off October 10–12, 2025, at Vista Mall Taguig the start of this archipelago-spanning series. The event was officially unveiled by Chairman Manny B. Villar, along with Vista Land executives and powerhouse brands like Camella, Vista Residences, Vista Manors, and Lessandra.
The theme? Redefining the modern Filipino way of life through lifescapes communities that celebrate heritage, hope, and heart.
Digital Discovery on the Go
Visitors and special guests enjoyed a next-level experience with the digital passport app – checking in at each housing brand station and event partner to unlock exclusive perks and explore Vista Land’s nationwide portfolio.
Industry Insights That Hit Home
Knowledge is power, and Vista Land made sure to deliver it.
Colliers Philippines Research Director Joey Bondoc shared valuable insights on real estate trends, both within and outside NCR – helping visitors and guests make smarter investment decisions.
Big banks like AllBank, BDO, ChinaBank, RCBC, and UnionBank offered flexible financing options, from down payments to special promos timed for the holiday season.
Meanwhile, Design Director IDr. Doris Dy gave practical interior design hacks for Vista Land homes – perfect for young professionals, growing families, and even multi-generational households.
Career Boost with VLink Launch
One of the highlights that I really like is the launch of VLink, Vista Land’s newest sales recruitment and accreditation program.
Vista Residences OIC Bernadeth Polintan introduced this as an open opportunity for aspiring real estate professionals. Kung gusto mo ng side hustle o career pivot (if you’re eyeing a side hustle or a career shift), this might be your chance to thrive – by the way no nepo-baby required just kidding!
