PHILIPPINES – Vista Land officially launched Lifescapes Expo2025 at Vista Mall Taguig from October 10 to 12, 2025, marking a milestone in real estate innovation, connection, and opportunity. Formally opened by Villar Group Chairman Manny B. Villar, the event brought together Vista Land executives and its housing brands Camella, Vista Residences, Vista Manors, and Lessandra to present a nationwide showcase of residential developments redefining the modern Filipino way of life.

A digital gateway to discovery

Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, guests embarked on a booth tour guided by the digital passport, an event companion that allowed guests to check in across housing brands and event partners. Designed to enhance engagement, it encouraged homebuyers and stakeholders to explore the breadth of Vista Land’s residential portfolio while earning exclusive experiences along the way.

Through its three-day run, the first leg of Vista Land Lifescapes Expo2025 was a highlight of how homes evolve into lifescapes that shape the modern Filipino way of life.

Colliers Philippines Research Director Joey Bondoc shared industry updates and market trends on house-and-lot and condo properties, within and outside of the National Capital Region.

Complementing his insights on real estate investment were presentations from AllBank, BDO, ChinaBank, RCBC, and UnionBank, each offering financing options tailored to guests’ homeownership objectives. 

Innovative housing solutions

Design Director IDr. Doris Dy shared tips and techniques on interior design in Vista Land residential developments. Marketing representatives from the housing brands took the stage to unveil their latest residential offerings across North and Central Luzon, Metro Manila, and South Luzon. Interactive displays showcased living spaces designed for students, young professionals, growing families, and multigenerational households investing in community living. Design Director IDr. Doris Dy also provided tips and techniques for designing interiors in Vista Land residential developments. Event partner Coffee Project also gave away free hot and iced handcrafted beverages to guests throughout the event.

Inspiring opportunities 

Lifescapes Expo2025 also saw the launch of VLink, Vista Land sales recruitment and accreditation program for real estate professionals. Vista Residences Officer-in-Charge Bernadeth Polintan explained the onboarding process, the requirements and rewards of becoming a business partner, and the residential developments available for the nationwide sales network to promote, progress, and prosper from.
